The 39th Ward Public Service Office is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Scheduled appointments are preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted using precautionary measures as recommended by the Chicago Department of Public Health. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines are followed.
